Refunds are exclusively issued if a product arrives in a broken condition, and the claim must be reported within 24 hours. In cases of an incorrect order, an exchange may be considered based on the client's provided scenario. In situations where a broken item or an incorrect size is received within Pakistan from the company, Attraction Accessories facilitates a free exchange with a new article of the same product. Courier charges for these exchanges are covered by the company, and claims must be supported by photographic evidence within 24 hours of receiving the product. Attraction Accessories reserves the right to reject any exchange claim that does not align with the company's policy. Customized products, including those on sale, are not eligible for exchanges, and orders for customized designs cannot be canceled. Attraction Accessories does not offer exchanges for size, color, or design of customized products. Exchanges for sale products are only considered if an incorrect order is delivered. Attraction Accessories disclaims responsibility for any damage or fading of colors due to wear. In the case of an incorrectly ordered bangle or ring size, customers can request an exchange for the correct size within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. The parcel must be dispatched back to Attraction Accessories on the same day, and the items must be unworn and in the original packaging with protective coverings. Failure to meet these conditions may result in a reduction in the refund amount (25% - 50%) after the jewelry is inspected upon return.
